Reconnecting food, body, and community
Rebuild trust in your body, redefine your relationship to food, and explore how local, seasonal eating can support well-being, without diet culture
Hi, I’m Mary!
Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Culinary Educator, and “Farmstop Dietitian”
I'm passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies and in their relationship with food. That might look like learning new skills in the kitchen, exploring recipes with curiosity, enjoying favorite foods without guilt, or connecting with the people who grow and prepare our food.
My work focuses on preventing eating disorders and supporting local, resilient food systems where everyone has access to nourishing, community-centered options. Food is a powerful tool for cultivating joy, connection, and positive change!
My practice integrates intuitive eating, health-at-every-size, weight inclusive frameworks, and food sovereignty principles to reconnect us with not only food and body, but also our community and environment around us.
Food is more than what’s on the plate.
It’s a way to connect with others, learn about the world, and build community. Food is a powerful tool for personal expression, joy, cultural connection, and positive change.
Food is also complicated!
Together, we can examine and evaluate overwhelming food and nutrition messaging (and practice identifying new seasonal produce!). We will explore how culture, media, and our personal experiences shape our beliefs about food, body, and health.
My approach blends evidence-based guidance with practical, sustainable strategies rooted in connection, flexibility, and curiosity. Whether you're seeking personal guidance or programming for your organization, I’m here to help redefine health in a way that supports emotional, physical, AND social wellbeing.
“Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
