There is no one way to eat healthy! In this 100 Days of Health series, Registered Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Mary Balog, will discuss healthy eating from a holistic lens & provide suggestions for how to find your own version of healthy eating. Join us for the kick-off session, where Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor introduces what healthy eating is not. She will highlight examples of fad diets and popular health messaging, and how they impact our health, our relationship to food, and our relationship to our bodies.
